Returns/Exchanges

The Return Process:

Our products can be returned within 14 days of delivery as long as tags are attached and there are no signs of wear/usage. For pacifiers, due to the nature of this item we are unable to provide returns. After 14 days of delivery, an item can be returned for store credit if it has no signs of wear or damage up until 30 of delivery.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can correct the issue ASAP!

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received your product and will issue a refund within up to 3 business days!
