Malo-lactic fermentation carried out in stainless steel and terracotta amphorae. Bottled unfiltered.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eAGING:\u003c\/strong\u003e 20% of the wine ages in terracotta amphorae, while the remaining 80% ages in French oak tonneaux and barriques of 500-liter and 225-liter capacity for a period of about 18 months.
