🥩 Lou & Birdie’s Return & Refund Policy

(a.k.a. The Fine Print, but Make It Tasty)

Hey there, steak fan! Thanks for choosing Lou & Birdie — where the beef is fresh, the cuts are prime, and the rules are simple.

🚫 No Returns, No Refunds — Just Really Good Steak

Once you’ve placed your order, those steaks are officially yours. We don’t take returns or offer refunds because, well, steaks don’t come with a “try it on and bring it back” policy. Fresh meat only goes one direction — onto your grill.

🕒 Pick-Up Hours (a.k.a. Your Meat Meeting)

All pre-order pickups happen during our regular hours:
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Your steaks will be fresh, beautiful, and ready to meet their destiny (hopefully a hot grill).

❄️ Missed Your Pickup? We Got You (for a Bit)

If you can’t make it during pickup weekend, don’t worry — we’ll freeze your steaks and hold them for one extra week. Consider it their little chill vacation.

💔 After That… We Cry and You Forfeit

If you still haven’t picked up your order after that extra week, the steaks are officially abandoned. We’ll be sad, but your purchase will be forfeited with no refund. (And trust us, the cows don’t like waste either.)

💬 Something’s Not Right? Speak Up Fast!

We take pride in every cut. If something looks off when you pick up your order — wrong item, missing piece, or anything that doesn’t meet our “Lou & Birdie” standards — let us know right then and there, and we’ll make it right on the spot.
