The 2021 Domaine Monier Perréol Saint-Joseph Terre Blanche is an artisanal, biodynamically-farmed Northern Rhône red made from 100% Syrah. It is the domaine’s most structured cuvée, boasting notes of violets, blue fruit, spice, and earth. 

The Monier and Perréol families craft this wine from 33-year-old vines grown on decomposed granite, limestone, and white clay at higher altitudes in the hills above St-Désirat. The 2021 vintage underwent 40% whole-bunch fermentation in concrete and was aged for 12 months in 400L and 500L French oak (about 30% new)
