Tasting Notes: Our 2024 Founders Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold red wine with rich notes of raspberry and blackberry framed by toasted oak and vanilla bean. The mouthfeel is graceful and silky. Layers of dark cherry and currants stay pronounced through the long, balanced finish with hints of peppercorn and crushed spice.

Winemaking Notes: The grapes for this wine were harvested at optimum ripeness. To create a rich flavor profile with a silky mouthfeel, we used warm fermentation 88°-92°F. Post fermentation, the wine was aged on oak to add complexity and balance.
