Tasting Notes: Our 2024 Pinot Noir offers a bright bouquet of Bing and dark cherry and ripe strawberry underscored by subtle hints of toasted oak and vanilla. The mouthfeel is silky with delicate notes of raspberry and a touch of earthiness on the long finish.

Winemaking Notes: We harvested the grapes for this wine at optimum ripeness, then used warm fermentation 88°-92°F to create intense flavor concentration, rich color and velvety tannins. Post fermentation, the wine was aged to add complexity and balance.
